Refrigeration base - Yarebichna

In connection with the expansion of the investor's investment intentions the present
project envisages the construction of a new food storage facility. The building is designed
within the building lines indicated in the visa. The functional location is
as follows:
The project provides a cold room and a tempered antechamber developed in the central
part of the property, developed at elevation +1.10 compared to the existing building for the purpose of easing
loading and unloading. The Refrigerator Hall is provided with an area and height suitable for
the deployment of an automated racking system (according to the choice of the contracting authority) for
storage of production according to a technological project. The operating temperature in the hall is from -
18 °C to -25 °C. The hall is functionally connected to a tempered antechamber where it is
performs the fertilization activity. The working temperature in the antechamber is from 4 °C to
6 °C. The transport link runs from the east through two industrial doors. Power supply
the finished product is realized through the warm connection connecting the existing and
newly-built buildings.
A warm connection is developed at elevation +/- 0.00, corresponding to the elevation of the existing building.
In the volume of the warm connection are provided two groups of auxiliary rooms - from the east office
part and sanitary unit; from the west for four people and a rest room.
The construction of the building is metallic, it is covered with thermal insulation panels according to
project for EEf, the roof is a metal structure covered with thermopanels.

An installation consisting of a compressor-condenser unit with a semi-hermetic piston
compressor and air cooled condenser, air cooler and the required refrigeration automation.
According to the calculated required gross output Q0 = 85.10 kW, 4 pcs.
compressor-condenser aggregates. Each one of them must have a cold output Q0min = 22.50 kW
under the aforementioned operating conditions and overheating of the vapors sucked by the compressor 15 [K].
The cooling of the air in Chamber №1 will be done through specialized high-efficiency ceilings
ribbed air coolers with a ribbing pitch of not less than 7 mm. According to the estimate
gross cold output, 4pcs. air coolers with cold output Q0min = 21.60 kW
at t0 = -32 °C DT1 = 7 °C.
The air coolers are defrosted by means of tubular electric heaters installed in
the cooling unit and the tub. The process is automatic, "on time" and controlled by the electronic thermostat. At
increasing the temperature in the evaporator above the set values ​​cycle "defrosting" will cease,
even if the time has not passed. For drainage of water after drainage, drainage pipelines are foreseen,
in which to mount flexible electric heaters. It is necessary that the water separated from defrosting be
taken to a "clean" channel, ensuring a sufficient slope of the horizontal pipes.
