Each of the buildings in question is made of steel construction and thermal panels. The cover is also made of thermopan on a metal farm. In certain sections on Axes 8', 9', B, the outer enclosure is sandwich panels with mineral wool 120 mm, vertical concealed installation on horizontal capitals according to architectural design.
Coating with roof panels - EPS 120 mm - three-layer thermal insulating panels with heat insulation of expanded polystyrene between two sheets of zinc plated (Zn275 gr/m2) and with a silicone-polyester coating (25μm) in two layers on the outside and one layer of the inner. Connection of the panels to the capitals - galvanized threading screws with neoprene discs and plastic heads.
In the roof of the building there are seven strips of transparent fiberglass panels with the profile of the sheet metal, effective length of 3.00m - positions according to architectural design.
Each of the buildings receives a coolant from a boiler room located in Building 3. The boiler room is equipped with a solid fuel hot water boiler, a closed expansion vessel and a distribution and collector collector. The distributor collector receives a heat carrier of 80/60°C from the boiler. It features separate circulator pumps, each delivering heat transfer to individual buildings. Before and after the pumps, stop valves, check valves and water filters are provided.
The solid fuel boiler has a total power of 270kW - designed to provide power to existing buildings not covered by this project. For radiators of the premises are provided aluminum radiators, Corado, 600 mm high.
The pipe connection between the boiler and the manifolds is made of a steel seamless tube. A three-way valve is provided to provide a "short" boiler circuit - when the cold boiler is first started, the coolant is passed to the manifolds once the set temperature has been reached.
The distribution line - a downward circuit and a downward flow collection / return from / to the collector in the technical room. The collectors have a separate connection through glass-filled polypropylene pipes, isolated with microporous rubber with d = 13 mm (in the off-premises areas). In the sections of passage of pipes between buildings, provide for their burial and be heat and waterproof with the wad of shell and polyethylene tape. The necessary slopes are provided for the proper operation of the installation. For the deaeration and drainage of the installation, automatic deaerators will be installed at the highest points of the pipelines, and in the lowest drainage taps.
