The thermal center consists of: Pellet boiler HERZ PELESTAR 60 (Heat output 60 kW, Tinst 80 / 60 C, operating at Tout = -20 C, Buffer vessel for internal heating system, Water collection and water distribution collector, Domestic hot water tank 200 l with two Coils and an electric heater.
The boiler is equipped with the necessary automation for the control of all circulating pumps and actuators of the three-way valves, including the DHW recirculation pump to the consumers. An electronic circulator with the required flow and pressure makes the fluid flow in the small circle (boiler only - at initial start) and after opening the three-way valve to the buffer tank. The system is equipped with a safety valve, an expansion vessel before and after the buffer tank, and a distribution and collection collector. Circulation pumps delivering heat transfer to individual circuits are located at the manifold as follows:
Floor heating. On the riser, the required stopping and regulating fittings, a three-way valve with electric drive, a filter and a return valve are provided. The fluid is distributed to the floor coils through a manifold manifold mounted on each individual floor. Automatic deaerators, drain faucets and flow meters are provided.
The DHW cylinder has two coils. One heat exchanger is fed to the one coil from the boiler plant. A circulator pump is provided on the riser, the necessary stop and adjustment fittings, a filter and a return valve. There is also the option of heating the boiler via an electric heater. This principle of operation is controlled and controlled only by the boiler's automation, which is equipped with: outdoor temperature sensor of all risers, buffer tank and boiler.
The third riser is equipped with a circulating pump, the necessary shut-off and regulating fittings, a filter and a return valve, and fed to the internal exhaust system consisting of Fan Coil units, Bath Pans and Radiators. The fluid is distributed to the consumers by means of distribution manifold boxes installed on each floor. Automatic deaerators, drain faucets are provided. The pipes to the Pex Al Pex consumers are laid in the cavity in the floor screed.
All pipes in the main distribution line are "Stabi" and are heat insulated with thermal insulation of microporous tire in accordance with their diameter б=13 mm.
For the proper operation of the installation, the necessary slopes, deaeration and drainage of the installation are ensured. At the highest points of the pipelines will be installed automatic deaerators, and in the lowest - drainage taps.
The DHW cylinder has two coils. A heat transfer medium from the solar installation is supplied to the second coil. The pump group is located in a technical unit, controlled by a differential thermostat. The vertical bars to the collector are made of copper pipes with thermal insulation. The solar panel vacuum tube with 20pcs pipes is on the southeast sloping roof. An expansion vessel, an automatic deaerator and a pressure safety valve are provided. After performing the necessary tests, the system needs to be filled with a glycol solution in percentage terms according to external calculation temperatures.
